Practices run anywhere from three to six days per week, swimming for three to 10½ hours per week plus dryland training, depending on the chosen level.

Para-Swimmers:

We welcome all participants including those with physical or intellectual disabilities to our Para-Swimmer program. Participants are fully integrated with the Junior and Senior ACES groups above and compete together at meets from Aqua 7 to national level.
